Before your first visit, we invite you to complete your new patient forms from the comfort of home. These documents can be cumbersome and time consuming to complete in our office, but by downloading and filling these documents at home, we hope to save patients time in our office.

We are happy to process and file insurance claims for most major dental insurance providers, and our knowledgeable dentist and team are always happy to answer patients’ insurance questions.

Don’t have dental insurance? We have you covered. We offer the in-office Anderson Dental Plan to ensure our patients get the preventive care they need with deep discounts on more advanced treatment options.
For valued patients, our Anderson Dental Plan can help you and your family enjoy big savings on vital services! You’ll only have to pay a yearly cost of $199 (each additional member of the same plan costs $99), and in return, you’ll receive free exams, complimentary X-rays, and a significant 20% discount off all other treatments. For those patients in need of payment plans to make dentistry services more affordable, we work with CareCredit, a third party medical and dental financier.
