FAQS
Frequently Asked Questions at Anderson Dental
We recommend that patients of all ages visit the dentist at least two times each year. These six month checkups allow our team to work with patients to achieve and maintain their healthiest smiles.
We welcome patients of all ages at Anderson Dental, and we offer a variety of treatment options that are specifically geared toward kids. We invite patients to bring the whole family to our office, and offer children’s dentistry services.
Periodontal disease, also known as gum disease, is one of the most common oral health issues in the US. It occurs when plaque and tartar buildup at the gum line irritates soft tissue leading to inflamed or damaged gums, and more severe oral health issues over time.
We work hard to ensure every patient we see is completely comfortable from start to finish, and we offer sedation dentistry services for those patients who need a little extra help relaxing at our office.
Any patient missing one tooth or a full arch of teeth should consider dental implant supported tooth replacement. This is the only tooth replacement option that allows us to restore the entire tooth from the roots up.
Diagnodent is a preventive dentistry technology that allows our dentist to identify areas of weakened enamel to prevent tooth decay, and diagnose and treat decay in its earliest stages.
The Anderson Dental Plan is our in-office dental plan that allows patients without insurance to receive preventive care and reduced prices for advanced treatments for one low price.

Everyone was super kind and welcoming! The staff explained everything to me and helped me understand what was going on instead of just telling me what I was doing wrong like other offices have. This was probably the best experience I’ve had at a dentist before, … More definitely recommend

To say I am picky about a dentist is an understatement. My last dental practice was so large and impersonal, I felt like they just churned people in and out. Anderson Dental was extremely helpful from the first call. I was assured my teeth would be cleaned by … More both sonic and by hand, and my hygienist, Lindsay, was meticulous. I can't recall the last time I had a bettercleaning. Dr. Anderson was very thorough in my exam, taking the time to really look in my mouth, not the 20 second peek I had with the last practice. I appreciated the care and thoroughness of this practice, and Dr. Anderson even addressed concerns with receding gums that my last practice never mentioned. I am so glad I found them!

My 78-year-old dad recently went to Anderson dental. He is a disabled vet with cognition issues and they treated him with the utmost respect. They did a thorough review of his mouth and gave him many options for replacing missing teeth He settled on a partial denture … More and they are very reasonably priced. He appreciates the care he received and will definitely be going back!
